Much of the last decade’s work has involved restoring Yale’s classic buildings and adapting them to current needs. Alumni may remember Room 102 of Linsly-Chittenden Hall as a dingy space with a ceiling covered in acoustical tiles. The room, with its Tiffany stained-glass window, was one of the centerpieces of a 1998 renovation of Linsly-Chit by the firm Goody Clancy.
