Noah Webster, Class of 1778, '81MA, was the landmark lexicographer of the English language, but also a lawyer, teacher, ecologist, geographer, and public servant. A display of manuscripts, books, and artifacts celebrating Webster's 250th birthday reflects this lifetime of accomplishment.

The Camerata performs the complete Bach Christmas Oratorio in two parts, at Battell Chapel. Part I, on December 6 at 8:00 pm, will include Cantatas 1-3; Part II, on December 7 at 4:00 pm, will comprise Cantatas 4-6. On Friday, December 5, the Institute of Sacred Music presents a symposium on the oratorio.
